We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality control, and managing site operations from start to finish. The Site Engineer will also provide technical advice, solve on-site problems, and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Relevant certification or accreditation (e.g., Chartered Engineer status) is a plus. Previous experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role is highly desirable. Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), or a related field. Proficiency in CAD design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality control, and managing site operations from start to finish. The Site Engineer will also provide technical advice, solve on-site problems, and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Reporting: Prepare comprehensive site reports detailing progress, challenges, and resolutions.
- Technical Advice: Provide expert technical guidance and resolve issues encountered on-site.
- Construction Oversight: Oversee all construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
- Quality Control & Safety: Monitor and enforce quality control and health and safety standards on site.
- Material Organization: Manage the organization and supply of materials, ensuring a safe and clean site environment.
- Day-to-Day Management: Supervise and coordinate site labor force and subcontractors to maintain workflow and productivity.
- Technical Documentation: Analyze and interpret engineering drawings, survey reports, and other technical documents to guide the construction process.
- Design Accuracy: Verify the accuracy of technical designs and drawings, ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Project Supervision: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, local authority employees, quantity surveyors, and project managers.
